Before you write

• Where is my order? There is a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking often sits still for the first few days while a parcel moves between carriers, which is normal. If it has not moved in a week, send us your order number and we will chase it.
• Can I change my order? If it has not shipped yet, usually. Get in touch as soon as you can and we will do what we can.
• Returns and refunds. Have a look at our Refund Policy first, then send us a message to start one.
• How long does delivery take? 8 to 16 days in Australia and 6 to 14 days in New Zealand, counted from when you order. Our Shipping Policy has the detail.
